On to my 2nd trimester. Oh wait. does it start this week? Or when I hit 12 weeks? who knows. All I know is my nausea and fatigue is not letting up. what crap is that! isnt it suppose to have let up by now?
a couple days ago I was thinking that my blood pressure was wacky cause I was having terrible headaches all day long, next to exhausted (more than usual), nauseated BAD, vision was not the greatest, but its doing something weird lately anyway. But I had also pulled something in my lower back and that is when I noticed everything. Now that the pain is letting up, its getting better.
another thing is now I am doubtful that I felt kicks the other day. I haven't felt anything since I wrote that. maybe it was a fluke ::sigh::
I was 13 weeks along during my last pregnancy when I started feeling flutters, then at 14 weeks it was undeniable.
My appt is coming up on Monday, I will update after she leaves :)

Already??
I am not 12 weeks 5 days pregnant and I swear I have felt a ton of kicks today. It started while I was still in bed this morning, more so after I moved around a little bit. Then again after I ate breakfast. I just got done eating lunch and it started back up again. These are pretty powerful kicks, not little fluttering I would have expected being so early on. and no these are not gas bubbles or anything like that.
I am pretty sure I am not further along, I did start thinking that I didnt have a normal cycle in January. hmmm..
well my first appt with my midwife is on April 7th, I guess we'll see what she says. Makes me kind of nervous now.

11 Weeks Today
Where the heck did this last week go? I felt like I JUST posted about week 10. this is crazy. I am soooo not ready for this pregnancy to go by so fast. The thought of having 4 kids is scaring me. I am feeling guilty. I am already so busy with my other 3 kids and just daily life, how am I going to manage another one? I know I will figure it out when the time comes, but it doesnt stop me from being in panic mode a few dozen times a day.
This weight gain is really getting out of control. I knew it was bound to happen since I can't be on the type of diet I was on, but I could still be watching what I am eating. I guess since I deprived myself of my favorite foods while losing weight, I am eating them now so I am packing on the weight. I am up 15lbs already YIKES. I seem to be holding steady there. Although I am not truly watching what im eating, I am eating balanced meals and *trying* not to eat a ton of junk, its hard though with Easter candy floating around my house. Jelly beans are my weakness of the day.
the nausea has subsided for the most part, I more so just feel off. I dont know, its weird. and the fatigue is still full force. it hits me in spurts and today just happens to be one of them. I am miserable.

10 Weeks!
Ok wow, have I been slacking in posting. On my "new" week I always tell myself throughout the day that I need to post then I never get around to it.
So today I am 10 weeks. almost want to say ALREADY? but yet it kinda is going slow. I mean I found out only 9 days after conception. its bound to feel like an eternity.
belly pics will be coming soon, as I have already popped out quite a bit. But I guess that is what I get for being on baby #4 and never fully getting my body back to begin with. I am bloating alot too, so my belly is dramatic right now. Regardless I am excited to start taking some pictures.
Still feeling really crappy. LOTS of nausea still. The last couple days no food sounds good at all. I am still eating often, but the nausea is there the whole time. I have been sucking on some preggie pop drops. those are yummy, but I am finding it hard to even want to taste one.
Fatigue is also really bad still. I am not sleeping well at night (tossing and turning). about 2 hours after I go to sleep my bladder is on fire. The only bathroom is upstairs next to the kids' rooms. So that is lovely.
I am pretty bummed to see the scale going up. I was on a fairly strict diet that I started last summer. I NEEDED to lose the baby weight from Tiler and Bennett. I lost 65 pounds and got about 15-20pds away from my goal when I found out I was pregnant. Almost right away I put on 10 pounds, blah! I haven't weighed myself in the last couple days. Feeling blah and yuck so I dont even want to step on it.
Oh and I finally made an official first appt with my midwife. Its April 7th. Looking forward to that!

7 weeks
I can't quite tell if this is going by SO slow, or if its really going by fast. Its been 4 weeks since I found out.
the nausea hits me right around lunch time and continues pretty much through the rest of the day. the exhaustion is ridiculous too.
I have unfortunately gained some more weight. Pizza has been my weakness. I told myself that I would make 1 more not so healthy meal tonight then after that I would get back on track (hopefully haha). I really need to try hard!

5 Weeks!
Nothing really exciting to post about this week.
my hunger is completely out of control. Gained 3 pounds already. YIKES! I think alot of it is water weight. Gotta get a control on this before I gain a ton of weight.
I am so bloated too, looks like I am about 3-4 months pregnant. So I have been hanging out in baggy clothes these last few days :)
Here is a few neat facts about this week.
Week Five
First heartbeats begin - If you have an early ultrasound you may not be able to recognize this tiny being as a baby, but there is no mistaking what it feels like seeing your child's heartbeat on that screen. That rhythmic beat is echoed in your own heart.
Umbilical cord develops - This is your baby's lifeline in utero. It bears the responsibility of pumping in oxygen, removing waste, and supplying the necessary nutrients for the remainder of your pregnancy.
Blood is now pumping - All four heart chambers are now functioning, insuring your baby's body will receive all it needs over not only the remainder of your pregnancy but throughout life.
Most other organs begin to develop - Your infant's lungs start to appear, along with her brain. Already your little one is preparing for a quest for lifelong learning!
Arm and leg buds appear - While they may not appear to be much at this stage it is ok to dream of the future. Just imagine your ballerina twirling and jumping around your kitchen floor. Or perhaps you will have the precocious boy that throws the perfect pitch -- right through the neighbor's window.

My new toy :)
Lookie lookie at what I got today :) :) :)
Very excited!!
As I was walking through the mall the other day with 3 kids I decided it was probably a good idea to get a stroller. We always "rent" the double cars that they have at the mall, which I am sick of spending money to rent something for a few minutes. Not to mention not every store we go to has carts. So for now Tiler and Bennett will sit in it. Hopefully by the time the baby comes Tiler will cooperate while walking.
We got an awesome deal on this too. $189 at USA Baby. It is a discontinued print (Metropolitan). Just about every other print is about $240. It was the last one they had too. Can't wait to use it!!!
