39 week appt
Everything is good. Im up another pound, but I have also had some swelling today. blood pressure it up too, but I think its a combo of not feeling well and being super tired today
HB was 128 which is the lowest its ever been. Baby is head down and engaged Yeah!!
last Tuesday I was measuring 40 weeks and today I am measuring 38.
She is coming back in a week unless I go in to labor which neither one of us thinks I will make it through the weekend. Crossing fingers I go this week!

Forgot
But since then I have had a TON of pressure and contractions so I am confidant that the baby is staying put.
I have been doing lots of squatting and I have binded my stomach a couple times so far. That is so uncomfortable but if it helps I am game. Last night I slept with my stomach binded since that seems to be when the baby flips.
I have another appt with Susan on Monday, so we'll see if the baby is still head down. With the way I am feeling I don't think I will make it to next weekend. well, lets hope not

YES!!!
When I went to bed around midnight the baby was still definitely breech. I could feel the kicking in my cervix OUCH!
and by the time I got up at 6am the baby was back to head down, just really high. this is GREAT. I would love nothing more than to cook this baby at least a few more days.
I was instructed to do lots of squatting and also bind my stomach to try and get the baby lower so he/she will stay put

38 Weeks!
I had an appt with Susan on Tuesday. Im up 1 pound (in the last 2 weeks). for a total of 42 pounds. blah. im measuring 2 weeks ahead still
Heartbeat was 150. as she was doing heart tones she couldnt find it in the normal spot. the baby has been in the same position from very early on. After a minute we realized the baby was breech. UGH
So after some very gently maneuvers and constant monitoring with the doppler she managed to flip the baby to head down. Boy was that the strangest feeling. It didnt hurt like I thought it was going to. The baby showed no distress and she took a few breaks in between pushing on my stomach. almost instantly I felt completely different. My stomach felt "fuller" and I could definitely tell the baby was head down. lots of pressure and shortly after I started having contractions. She did check me (only a fingertip dilated) afterwards and the baby was pretty high still so I was instructed to drink lots of water, walk and do squats to move the baby down. Check, check and check! I was even having lots of contractions so I thought we were in the clear. Went to bed feeling confidant that the baby was going to stay. All day wednesday the baby stayed head down, so again I thought we were in the clear.
Woke up about 4am this morning and felt different. I stayed up for an hour hoping the baby would kick so I knew what was going on, but he/she was sleeping so I went back to bed. Mid morning it was clear the baby was not head down. Put in a call to Susan.
Longer story short- she is coming over in the morning to try and turn the baby again. Still up in the air about possibly starting labor then. Hoping the baby engages enough in my pelvis to where my water can be broke. Obviously the baby has been staying high up and that would not be good to break my water then. Needless to say I am very nervous. Is this baby going to keep flipping back to breech? Should I attempt a breech delivery? If I go to the hospital its an automatic csection~ LAST thing I want for sure.
I guess we will just see how everything goes in the morning.
Here is my 38 week pic.

37 weeks, WOW
I am slowly getting things done in preparation for welcoming a new member.
I still have a TON of stuff to do and I am crossing my fingers it will all get done in time. There are many times when I think I am not going to go much longer. I am pretty sure the baby has dropped, movements have slowed down, im super nauseous and the fatigue has hit me again. This is pretty common for me right at the end.
But yet, my last 2 babies came at 39 weeks and right on his due date. So judging by that I don't think I will go for at least another 2+ weeks.
This is my 4th baby in such a short time, obviously my body knows what to do so things will just go quicker? ugh! this waiting game can really suck. As long as the baby is healthy I will wait forever.
This week we are going to blow up the pool and do a mock setup of the birthing area just to make sure the room is sufficient. Its going to be in our living room so im sure it is, but better be safe than sorry!
Still have to go get a hose to fill the pool and the adapter thingy to hookup to the faucet. I think that is the only things left to get to complete the birth kit.
This past week I started drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. Ive had it since the beginning of my pregnancy, but lazy me hasn't been drinking it. So I made a huge batch and just stuck it in my frig so when I want some I just heat it up and viola! its so yummy! Since drinking it I have noticed I am not having the contractions in the evenings like I was. I was getting so miserable, I was dreading the evenings. This is a nice break! It might have no relation, but its still nice.
I started taking EPO this morning. those are so nasty, but have always worked for me. Any time I have a little burp the taste comes up BLECH!
I don't have an appt with Susan until this coming Tuesday, so we'll see what that day brings.
Here is a lovely pic of me this morning:

Contractions, already!
Can't believe that technically I could have this baby any day. I don't *think* I will go before 39 weeks, but we'll see. Ive had a few people tell me that I have dropped. I didn't think I have since I still can't breath, but I guess my belly feels lower and in the way of my legs a bit more.

36 Weeks and SOOO busy
Been so busy trying to paint. I decided to re-do the kids' rooms completely and finally get Bennett out of Tiler's room and into Malikai's. not sure if I am really looking forward to that though. I am unable to paint very much cause their rooms are upstairs so I need someone to be downstairs with them and I really have no one to watch them, that is until Justin gets home from work and by that time its dinner time. so then I have to quick paint and hope it dries before its time for them to go to bed. Doesnt leave me much time ::sigh::
I keep thinking I will be in labor trying to finish everything up!
2 days ago I went on a cleaning frenzy. Cleaned the whole house. on my hands and knees cleaning baseboards, the whole bit. My house needed it so bad too. It feels good to have a clean house, well a cleaner house.
Here is another thing I have been dealing with for the past week:

Bennett broke his shin bone. It was minutes before bed time and he was helping pick up toys when all of a sudden out of the corner of my eye I seen him fall and he started crying. He wouldnt put no pressure on his leg and when he tried he would just fall over. We think it was a combination of him wearing footy pajamas and a couple toys on the floor. Its a mystery!
Took him to the ER right away and they took xrays and confirmed it was broke. At first we didnt think it was broke (maybe a sprain at most) cause at the ER he was moving it all over, sitting on it etc.. so we were shocked to find out it was indeed broke. The ER put that lovely full leg cast on him. it was so heavy, ugly (it was white), and it was not waterproof. Bath time was horrendous to say the least.
We had a followup appt yesterday with the specialist where they did an xray to make sure it was healing properly and they ended up putting a new, smaller (a little below his knee), cuter (its black) and waterproof cast on. They even gave him a little shoe to wear cause he was constantly falling on our wood floors. I was so afraid he was going to break another bone!
He is such a trooper about the whole thing. He goes back in 4 weeks (the day before im due), to get another xray and possibly get the cast off!!
Here he is today:
I had an appt with Susan yesterday. Her assistant (and doula) Kristi came over as well. She helped out with Tiler's birth too. She was suppose to be here for Bennett's birth but she had just gotten married and was on her honeymoon. I *think* she came back the morning I had Bennett, so she missed it by a few hours :)
anyway, everything looks great still. Up 4 more pounds, 41 pounds with her scale. 39 pounds with mine. Either way its not *too* bad considering I am having cravings really bad again. baby is still head down, still pretty high though. Bennett was like that until minutes before I had to start pushing lol. Heartbeat was 148. She thinks I am going to have another 9lber. I think bigger, but I thought that with Bennett too and he was 9lbs even. We will see!
She comes back in 2 weeks.
Here is a 36 week pic, taken today :)
